About the Centenario
The Lamborghini Centenario was a 2016 model with a limited production run of only 20 coupes and 20 roadsters.
The model was to commemorate the 100 years (the name ‘Centenario’ references ‘century’) of Ferruccio Lamborghini’s birthday.
It featured a V12 engine with 770 hp, the most powerful Lamborghini at the time.
It was based on the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ. It was one of the limited-run hypercars built upon the Aventador platform; others include the Veneno, Sián FKP 37, Essenza SCV12, and Countach LPI 800-4.
