The one-off Lamborghini Invencible coupé (and it’s sister car, the Auténtica roadster) celebrate the simple V12 era before hybrid powertrains take over.

The Lamborghini Invencible coupé, a one-off supercar, was created to highlight the marque’s DNA and to celebrate the naturally aspirated V12 engine of the Aventador era before the hybrid V12 platform takes over Lamborghini’s future.

The Lamborghini Invencible was made alongside its sister car, the Auténtica roadster. Both models are based on the Aventador carbon fiber monocoque and powertrain. Both vehicles were customized to the specific tastes of their buyer.

Under the hood, the Invencible coupé boasts a 6.5 L V12 engine that delivers an impressive 780 horsepower and 531 lb-ft of torque. Notably, the Invencible coupé and Auténtica roadster will be the last cars built at the Lamborghini factory with a simple V12 powertrain. The vehicles mark the end of an era.

Taking design cues from past Lamborghini models such as the Aventador, Sesto-Elemento, Veneno, Reventon, and Essenza SCV12, the Invencible coupé is a one-of-a-kind car that enthusiasts will be lucky to ever see.
